Customer Success Manager
Drive strategic, high-value partnerships as a Customer Success Manager at CatalystOne. Own renewals, expansion, and trusted advisory to senior leaders in our Nordic customers.
We're looking for an experienced and senior Customer Success Manager with a strong commercial mindset and account ownership profile to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers and drive profitable long-term value, growth, and retention.
At CatalystOne, Customer Success is about commercial impact through true partnerships. We work closely with our customers to ensure they realise measurable business outcomes from their HCM platform—while also identifying opportunities to expand value over time.
As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our Customer Success team with profiles who are comfortable operating at a strategic level, and who thrive in taking full ownership of customer relationships, including commercial accountability for the account lifecycle.
Your role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized customers, with responsibility for retention, growth, and overall account development.
You will:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including HR and business leadership
Take full commercial ownership of your portfolio, including revenue retention, expansion targets, and contract renewals
Drive commercial outcomes, including retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Own and execute account strategies and customer plans tied to measurable business value
Lead strategic customer dialogues, including annual strategic meetings and quarterly reviews
Lead and negotiate renewal processes and expansion opportunities, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
Identify risks early and take proactive ownership of churn prevention
Collaborate across Product, Professional Services, Support, and AMS (Application Management Services) to deliver strong customer outcomes
Use data and insights to drive customer health, adoption, and expansion
Proactively identify and develop broad stakeholder management within your accounts to support long-term growth
Who we are looking for
We believe you will succeed in this role if you:
Have 5+ years of experience managing and growing customer relationships in a commercial context
Have worked as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Have a clear track record of owning commercial results, including renewals, upsell and account growth
Are comfortable owning both customer success outcomes and commercial responsibility
Have a strong track record of retention and growth within existing customer portfolios
Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Work in a structured and proactive way, with a clear focus on outcomes and results
Have strong business acumen and understand how to connect technology to business value
Communicate clearly and build trust across both customer and internal teams
Are fluent in a Scandinavian language (hard requirement) and English
