What we do 📋
We guide customers through a smooth and structured onboarding journey from day one to go‑live.
Project Managers keep everything on track: timelines, scope, communication, risks, and stakeholders. They’re the navigators who ensure clarity and confidence all the way through.
HCM Solution Consultants are the product experts who bring the solution to life. They configure, challenge, teach, and inspire customers through workshops, data migration, and training sessions, building competence and confidence every step of the way.
Together, we make sure customers succeed and feel ready to own their solution when we hand it over.
How we work 🛠️
Our days are dynamic and full of collaboration. We manage several customers in parallel, run workshops, host training sessions, and facilitate status meetings, both onsite and online.
We kick off each week with a team check‑in, share learnings openly, and solve challenges together. We follow a methodology designed to build customer ownership from day one, empowering them to confidently manage and develop their solution long after go‑live.
Our team is spread across the Nordics, with colleagues working from Oslo, Stockholm, and Silkeborg/Copenhagen in a flexible, hybrid setup.
